1. Shopping with WARMCAST

These terms apply to purchases made through the WARMCAST store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. For questions about an order or these terms, use our contact form.

2. Orders and availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Review your selected quantity, optional add-ons, delivery details and final total before completing payment.

3. Prices and payment

Product and bundle prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes or other charges are shown at checkout. Checkout and payment are provided by Whop. The final order total is displayed before you confirm payment.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error.

4. Product description and specifications

The product page describes the item and what is included in your order. Minor variations in finish, packaging and accessories may occur between production batches.

WARMCAST is a heated seat insert used with a separate supporting chair. The chair shown in product images is not included. Check the product description for the included items and power requirements.

5. Use and care

Follow the manufacturer's supplied instructions for setup, placement, USB power, heating settings, care and storage. Use a compatible USB power source and observe the operating conditions described in those instructions.

7. Returns, refunds and order support

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
