Is this a complete fishing chair?
No. WARMCAST is a fold-flat heated seat insert with a backrest and armrests. It needs a separate supporting fishing chair. That chair is not included.
Does it need power to heat?
Yes. The heating function needs a compatible USB power bank. Connect USB power before using the Heat control.
How do I set it up?
Place WARMCAST on a stable supporting fishing chair, unfold the seat and backrest, connect USB power, and use the Heat control. Follow the product instructions for setup and use.
How do I carry it?
WARMCAST folds flat and has backpack straps for carrying.
Would this make a good gift for a fisherman?

When will my order arrive?
Please allow 15–20 business days from order to delivery, including processing and transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping is free, and tracking is sent by email after dispatch.
What if it is not right for me?
You can return WARMCAST within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It must be complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition with its accessories and packaging. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us with your order number before returning it.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund before your order is dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover return postage.
