If WARMCAST is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

Return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It must be complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition with all accessories and packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

You pay return postage unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Use a tracked service; a refund cannot be processed for a return that does not reach us.

Refund Timing

After your return arrives and is inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to display it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, and cover return postage.
